I am extremely disappointed with the service regarding my order Yellow Slice Handpainted Lehenga Set (Order ID: ******) placed on **nd July ****.
It has been over * months, yet the status is still “In Processing”, with no estimated delivery date provided. Despite repeated attempts through emails and calls, I have received no proper response from their side.
This level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. I had trusted this platform for timely delivery, especially for important occasions, but your operational inefficiency has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
