Delhivery - Package not delivered

I have ordered few products from this brand called staze on **th February ****, but their delivery partner turned out to be "delhivery". Staze did gave me tracking details, and the delivery date was supposed to be by **-**th of February. It didn't got delivered, I only got otp, but the parcel never got delivered,nor I got a single call from delivery person, I even tried calling on the number they provided but no one ever picked up and onto truecaller it already showed spam reports saying the same too. I was soo worried as it is a prepaid parcel and it is important to me as well, from **th Feb till today *th March I have filed multiple complaints at staze as well as at delhivery, all they say is to wait for **-** hours and I'm still waiting and the parcel is showing in transit only, they don't even dispatch it. The distress they have caused and walked away like they didn't squeezed out my patience and time is quite harsh, I kindly want them to realize it's not appreciated by anyone so please compensate.
