I placed an order for 'MOTOROLA Motobook ** Full Metal OLED (i* **th Gen) Intel Core * (Series *) ***H - (** GB/*** GB SSD/Windows ** Home) **IRH**R Thin and Light Laptop' on Flipkart on **th October **** at **:** PM. The order was confirmed and the delivery date shown was **th October ****. The order was marked Out for delivery on **th October ****. But the order was not delivered. Nobody called me as well on my phone. The order was reschedule for delivery by **th October. The order was again marked Out for delivery on **th October. But again the order was not delivered and nobody call me. I reached out to customer support on **th October at *:** AM. I asked them explicitly that if they will deliver my order that day or not. If they cannot deliver it by **th October, I asked them to cancel my order and refund me my money. They said they will try to deliver order by **th Oct but denied to cancel my order.
The order was not marked Out for delivery by *:** PM on **th October yet. So I reached out to customer support again to get the order delivered or cancel my order. One customer support agent said it will now be delivered by **th October. I asked them to give me a final date to which they did not provide with any final date. I asked them to forward my chat conversation to their supervisor. This time their supervisor (another customer support agent) said the information regarding date of delivery as **th October is incorrect and the order will be delivered by **th October itself. This supervisor (Tazammul) kept lying to me again and again regarding delivery date. Somehow I trusted him the order will be delivered by **th October. But nothing happened, the order was not delivered on **th October. I even waited till **th October. But the order was not delivered by **th October **** as well.
I asked few things from flipkart support and they did not anything of those -
*. They kept rescheduling my order without giving my any final date.
*. They denied refund so that I could buy this product from someplace else.
Because of this, I lost an important project and incurred a loss of INR *****.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
