My name is Pavan Kumar( pincode ******) , I ordered * pieces of Blue lens spects in Lenskart(**********) on **-Nov-**** for my sister Vijaya Lakshmi (pincode ******), One of blue lens spects delivered on **-Nov-**** to her. But second product is not delivered until now . In app it is showing re-attempt to delivery but until now I didn't receive second product. When I raised ticket (********) with lenskart they told product shipped through DTDC with tracking ID: V******** is delivered and they are closing ticket . But when I checked with DTDC they told they missed product some where and they are checking on that but they updated wrongly on website that product is delivered. Lenskart is not even caring this and they are telling if they receive product back from their DTDC courier partner then only they will refund my amount for second blue lens spects. I ordered through lenskart and they are responsible for delivery of my product . If I tried to raise ticket again they are closing informing that product is delivered. Lenskart saying they are not responsible for this and they can't investigate further and they just updated in app they delivered product on Dec * as I raised complaint in consumer helpline, but before dec * status was delivered ,Where as in DTDC it says product delivered on Nov ** ****(which is wrong). How come DTDC update date and Lenskart update date is ** days gap . Lenskart is playing fraud game here.
