the product received is not fit for consumption.The rice is heavily broken and contains visible dust and dirt.Due to this contamination and poor quality, the product is absolutely not suitable for eating and poses a risk to health.I had already raised a complaint about this issue through the JioMart app Help & Support section, but it was wrongly marked as “resolved/closed” without providing any actual solution or return/replacement.Details of my in‑app complaint are as follows:Complaint / Service Request ID: ************Complaint title: “Quality is very poor”Complaint date: ** December ****App status: “Resolved”, even though neither a return nor a replacement has been provided, and the problem remains unresolved
