I have ordered BOAT Rockerz headphones from Jiomart on * January **** and already made payment of *** Rs. Via Paytm and it was supposed to reached to me on * January **** . They extended its expected delivery to * January **** with Tracking details as shipped. And on * January **** , they did not delivered my package and removed tracking details from app which was showing as shipped . I want my refund back as I didn't receive my headphones from the Jiomart. I have tried multiple times to customer care but I am not able to reach to them..
