DTDC - Package Not Delivered

I sent a parcel from Madurai to Barcelona through DTDC, paying ₹*,*** to a local DTDC representative named Shiva. He assured me the shipment was permissible but mishandled the process, causing customs clearance issues in Spain. Despite my efforts to follow up and upload KYC details as instructed, the parcel was returned to Madurai on November *, ****. Shiva blamed the delay on me and has since become unresponsive.

FedEx clarified the parcel was rejected due to restricted items, contradicting Shiva's initial assurance. DTDC customer care has not assisted, stating I must email for support. I feel misled by DTDC and request either a full refund or help to resend the parcel without additional charges.
