Order has not been delivered for eight days since order placement. Now the tracking page shows 'order cancelled by merchant/shipper'. For the last eight days the tracking page showed 'Manifested - Shipment not ready for pickup'. The phone numbers on their website do not even exist; ther are no replies to the mails too.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
