Sirphire - Poor refund conditions
PRAVEEN AS filed complaint against Sirphire on May 4, 2026
I ordered a phone case for my Poco Xon Pro from Sirfyer.com. The price was *** rupees. However, the case I received was not satisfactory at all. Relying on the "No question asked refund" promise, I applied for a refund and sent the photos. Now, they are saying I must send it back at my own expense, and they will deduct ** rupees for delivery charges before refunding the rest. This is misleading to customers.
