Sirphire - Package not delivered

I ordered it on ** th June , no pickup initiated by them , I have not received my orders yet , I emailed them , texted them on WhatsApp, got no response and the customer support number is not reachable, i believe I have been scammed since it's been * days since order was made and no update till this point , please help me out.
