Sirphire - Ordered mobile back cover but not received

I have ordered a back cover and screen guard for my mobile on *nd April. The delivery was supposed to be completed by ** April. But still not received. When I check the status it is showing as cancelled online. But I have not cancelled it from my end. And I have not received the refund amount also.
I have tried to contact them through mails and calls. Getting no response from them.
Please support.
