Delhivery - Package not delivered

I have a Business account with Delhivery company since * years and i have been using here services regularly.

I have booked a package on **rd August , **** and the AWB No. is ************* for my customer.
The shipment status is showing as delivered to my customer on **th August , **:** Am, but my customer has not received the delivery yet. The signature on POD is fake. We have spoken with the local delivery person and his manager as well , but they are not responding.
I have registered a complaint regarding this on the same day online but the Delhivery team is not at all responding to the complaints . I have dropped them emails as well but haven't received any response yet. My Ticket number is -
J****************.

Now the parcel is also undelivered and i have to bear the loss.
