I ordered * items from Bombay shaving company on **/*/**. They tried to deliver it * days later on **th May. I was not home and when I asked the agent to place it on my doorstep, he was not ready to do so as he was not ready to ascend three floors. Therefore, the delivery attempt failed. After this the company Said they'll reattempt the delivery. But no attempt was made to it. After repeated complaining to the company they sent me a mail telling that the product will be returned back to the seller. But the tracking information still shows it as awaiting delivery, knocking down my chances to get a refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
