Ordered The Breve Box – One Month Prepaid on * August **** which was supposed to be delivered by November and its April **** now , company has declined me refund as its been too long since order placed but they ar not delivering my order nor are they replying anymore , whenever you mail them for a update they take *-*days to reply and just give another date and nothing else.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
