I ordered books(Olivia Blake Exclusive bundle) worth Rs.****.** (order no. #****) on the Fanbox site managed by The Big Book Box on *th September ****. Till this day I haven't received the package. After chasing them over email for over a year I received a mail from them asking if customers would like store credits or refunds since they won't be able to ship one of the books. I informed them that I would like a refund. Needless to say I haven't received the books or the refund. Moreover an employee/proprietor of TBB (named Simran) was terribly rude over the mails. It has been * years now and I'm still mailing them for support which is nowhere to be found. This has caused me mental distress for so very long. I intend to take all the receipts to consumer court at this point!
