The Big Book Box - Order not delivered or processed for over a year

I placed a subscription order with the company in April ****. I knew they had a supply chain issue but I used to get my products still even if it came late. But concerning this order, I haven't heard a squeak from them. They marketed it for a month on their social media and then any evidence of the product vanished into thin air. I paid *****+ rupees for it which isn't a petty change that I can forget about. It has been over a year and a half. I have sent over * emails to the help team and have never gotten a response. Can you please help me out?
