DTDC - Package Not delivered

My package i.e. a mobile was shipped from kalyan at *th december with a professional promise of delivering it by **th december to pune. There was an update stating reciever not available on **th december whereas i m the reciever and havent got a single call from them nor did the sender. I tried contacting through emails and got just "WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER". At last on **th december i called them and stated them to kindly deliver it as soon as possible and the mam again told me * times "WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER". I got frustrated after nothing came out after that and again called them on **th december whereas another mam told that we tried reaching you multiple times as per policy and now it is going to its original location. How the hell are these people working? I have no clue nor a single call to ask for delivery and this is literally absurd. How can some renowed organization be so unprofessional that they still are lineant about it ? I had an urgency and thats why i opted to DTDC. How the hell can you just fool people for straight ** days without communication? I paid an amount of *** rs and this is the way they treat their customers? Forget money but is it worth to book service for them in any of my years alive ? ABSOLUTELY NO. Shut down your business DTDC you are shit as hell and your service is that word which comes after worst. Absolutely illeterate , unprofessional , Absurd behaviour , Chutiya responsibility people .
