I am writing to bring to your attention the grievous misconduct and utter disregard for customer satisfaction exhibited by Flipkart, a company entrusted with providing timely and reliable services. My order (Order Number: OD******************) was promised for delivery on the **th of October, a commitment that was not honored. In response to my complaint, Flipkart revised the delivery date to the **th of October, but once again, the order was not delivered as promised. The company further extended the delivery date to the *rd of November, which, as of today, remains unfulfilled. Today, I contacted Flipkart's customer service, only to be informed that there is no definitive delivery date for my order. They stated that the order may arrive at any time, providing no proper information. When I requested to cancel my order due to this uncertainty, I was told that product cancellation is not possible, and I must cancel the order at the doorstep whenever it arrives. I find this situation absolutely absurd and unfair, especially considering I made this purchase using PayLater. I am required to repay the amount before the *th of November. If the product does not arrive before the specified date or if I am unable to cancel the order, I will incur late fines. I demand to know whether Flipkart will take responsibility for these late fines, given that the delay and cancellation issues are entirely due to their shortcomings. I urge the Consumer Forum to investigate this matter urgently and hold Flipkart accountable for their actions. The company's conduct demonstrates a lack of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Such behavior cannot be tolerated, and I seek your intervention to ensure that appropriate action is taken against Flipkart. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.
