my order was updated as delivered without delivering it to me i ordered it on **th oct it was prepaid but on **th of oct i got message at ** pm that my order is delivered name of product is Playmaker Pro Mid Men's Sneakers tracking id*********** order id*********
then i went to regional bluedart courier office after some argument they accepted there fault that they deliver it to someone else and that person is not returning that package i have call recording of delivery guy and manager bluedart also i got a email from bluedart accepting there fault they informed all this to puma also but puma is not refunding my amount
