I placed the order of a Hisense **” TV on *th of October on FLIPKART during BIG BILLION DAY SALE...to Nagpur, .At that time my
estimated date of delivery was **th of October..When the product was not
SHIPPED till **th I raised a complain..Then I got a new deadline
of **th....On **th I called customer support as in my app it showed though
the product was shipped on **th..there was no further update. Customer
support said that It has reached at Central Nagpur on **th itself..And I
was assured that the product will be delivered by **th..I got an update
that the product reached nearest hub...
But then since , the product was not out of delivery I contacted your
team again today...Again I was assured that the product will be delivered by **th by * PM...But surprisingly my issue was marked as resolved...When I
contacted again and again they said that the product will be delivered by
**rd of October..
They said me to wait and I waited for ** days..and on the end of ** days they are saying that...Cancel the product..And if you reorder the same product within ** days which is now at **k despite me buying at ***** we can provide you *** rupees voucher...
If FLIPKART can not sell the product on low price why this advertisement???? Why this show off..
It's FLIPKART’S fault that they couldn't deliver the product..So why should I bear the extra cost...It's their duty that they should give me the product with same price and provide me compensation for wating so long with all this mental agony....
