I have Flipkart account. I am purchasing many items from both Flipkart and Amazon.in for my new home. I ordered a sofa with pre-payment of ***** inr, that was my biggest purchase from Flipkart. Delivery time for this product was ** days and I waited till the last date when suddenly I received an email that the product is delivered. Since then I am following them to give me back my money or deliver the product. The executive is having the same attitude as an Indian company after receiving the payment. I thought that now management has gone to the American company so it might have changed. Please help me to get back my money. It's a really long way to get it through consumer court and I prefer you to do justice.
