I ordered Iphone ** with exchange of old phone * plus, it was suppose to be same day delivery, but after * days delivery agent came and requested old phone for verification as per Amazon process, i need to give old phone with Amazon installed so that he can complete verification process. I this step he took the OTP as i did not share any OTP. He told old phone wont be exchange as i can see scratch, i said ok cancel the order, he told i need to talk to customer care, he did not find network and he went downstair (my flat is on *th floor), did not return. I contacted Amazon multiple time but they say its OTP based delivery can not help.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
