DTDC - Package not delivered

We called DTDC Nagpur Bhim Chowk Branch explaining details of our package which is a projection screen worth *****/- rupees and gave them the dimensions. They said they will post it if we bring it to their office. We spent *** rupees to get it there and paid ****/- for delivery to Mumbai and were told it will come in * days. After * days he called to say he cant send it please take it back since they dont have a big van. DTDC customer service was unable to address this so we had to pay ***/- to another auto to bring the package to Khamla office and get it posted. The package was brought to our delivery address on ** April and undelivered since we were not at home when they got it. since ** April I am trying to call DTDC, registered multiple queries but no one is addressing our undelivered package and we do not have any contact number for our package. IT is expensive, fragile and work related.
