I had booked two items, to be delivered by Delhivery on **th and **th February. The packages have the same tracking number but have different delivery dates. I had got the first package but did not get the other. I had raised a complaint with delhivery but they have not provided any resolution and have closed the incident without any communication with me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
