I ordered few items from OM Sweet through zomato ...after approx ** min I recieved a message that your order has been delivered ..but neither I recieved any call from delivery partner nor I recieved my order..the after that I called to delivery partner but he said that he deliverd the order someone who was standing outside ...which is an absolute lie .Then I connected with support team of zomato and they assure that delivery partner will arrive my location again within ** min to verify... But that didn't happen .. No one came. Then I contacted support team again but they asked me to send a mail. Today I have received a reply that amount cannot be refunded.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
