I was supposed to receive the product day before yesterday(*st jan' **), the delivery guy called up & asked for otp stating that he has to complete his daily targets today itself else the company will fire him but since he has reached to a different location so couldn't deliver it today but i must help him with otp so that he can mark the product as delivered but in reality will deliver the product tomorrow (*nd jan ' **). Now today I called him up asking when will he deliver the product he said it's going to take *-*hrs more but now as I'm writing this complaint @**pm of *rd jan'** i haven't yet received the parcel.
Now the problem is the app shows the product as delivered but the product hasn't yet reached to me so I'm not able to raise a request for this.
Kindly register a complaint against such a fraud.
