Sir,
I placed an Order(ORDER # ***-*******-*******) on Amazon.in on **-**-**** Of a book worth Rs ***/=.The book was shipped on **-**-**** Via India Post under the tracking Id:AW*********IN. But unfortunately it has been now ** days and the package has still not been delivered.When I checked the tracking status on the India post website it showed last update on **-**-**** without any progress from that date & from till then I have been constantly registering complaints with Amazon.in as well as India Post but unfortunately no one is taking my complaints seriously Amazon executives are saying me that suitable actions will be taken and India post is saying the status will be updated ASAP. But no one among them is truthful of their words.I feel like trapped now.The delivery service of the India Post is getting pathetic day by day in our area every time I have to receive a package via India Post, They completely freak me out.
Please kindly look into my matter so that the package is delivered as soon as possible or else my money should be refunded.
