My order id is ***-*******-*******. The name of the product is Samsung J* * **** (Silver * GB). My registered address is **/**/**-** Varun Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur with PIN code ******. However, for the easy delivery, I put up the address of pick up center as shown by Amazon application. The address of pick up center is **/*** Bhardwaj Kirana Store. The owner of the Kirana store (on Monday, **sept) said that I have not received any order. The order has been delivered to pick enter on ** Sept ****. However, the shop was closed on Saturday and Sunday. As per your records, the pickup center has transferred the order to me. My registered mobile number is **********. On inquiring with neighbors it has been noticed that the shop remains closed for most of the time. I didn't receive any call from a delivery agent or pick up center.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
