Delivery was on time, Tv received was heavily damaged so delivery guy took it back. So I don't know why your system is saying delay in delivery.
Its replacement against damaged product.
Registered issue with flipkart on** august **** around * pm
They assured me the delivery and asked me to wait as order was showing out for delivery status.
Since then status of order is not changed.
Now flipkart asking me to cancel order and place new order. Which is unacceptable.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
