I ordered Rakhi for my brothers from IGP.com and the expected delivery was in the second week of AUgust but before **th August. I got an email from IGP on *th August that the rakhi is delivered successfully whereas my brothers have not recieved them till date. I asked for the proof of delivery which still date has not come and the people in CUstomer Care also dont respond properly to the queries. Even emailed CUstomer Support where they assured to respond back in ** hrs which till date i did not get any answer I need my refund back since the Rakhi is not delivered.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
