Amazon.in - Package not delivered

On *th of october i had a placed an order for a mobile phone from amazon which being a prime member i was suppose to receive at next day i.e. *th of october. But even after * days the order is not delivered. The delivery agent shows up to my office address on *th october... but since it is sunday i am not available marks it as delivery attempted but customer not available then on next attempt is on **th October i get call from delivery executive at * in the evening that he will attempt the delivery so i wait in my office till *.** the executive does not show and updates the same customer not available.. now after too many calls and complain to senior executive i am waiting for delivery on **th of october. Amazon sends me delivery executive number whom i call only to find out he doesn't have my package at all while amazon customer executive keeps on saying it will be delivered. After * days of expected delivery time the product is not delivered and i had to call them, chat with them and still be without the product.
