Shadowfax - Package not delivered

Ordered a hoodie worth Rs.**** from Nobero.com on **-July-**** and it was supposed to be delivered on **-July-****. The seller is from Tiruppur district and place of delivery is in Namakkal district. But the shipping partner Shadowfax sent it to Bangalore on **-July-****. Till **-July-****, the parcel was there in Bangalore after which there was no update in the tracking portal, I did follow up with Shadowfax, Nobero and Pickrr technologies starting from **-July-****.
Once I received a call from Shadowfax stating that the order will be delivered by **-July-****. But it didn't happen, when I tried calling the number back, got a message that number doesn't exist.

Then again I went to mail based follow ups, but none of the agencies support team responded back. Yesterday(**-Aug) evening around *.** PM, I received a call from a delivery agent asking the landmark of the address, once I gave the information he told that he will be there in an hour and will deliver the parcel.

I waited till * PM and tried calling the number back(its a service number which connects to the assigned delivery agent, so I am not aware of the agents mobile number), he didn't pick the call.
Later, when I checked the tracking portal, the system was updated with status that "Cancelled by Customer".

Sent mail to Nobero, Shadowfax & Pickrr regarding this behavior, raised concern and reached out to them even through FB & Twitter, but no response yet.

Money was deducted ** days back, product is not delivered, delivery agent is cheating without calling or reaching out to the address and none of the related customer support teams are responding.
