I HAVE ORDERED INFINIX HOT ** PLAY( HORIZON BLUE, **GB) ON ** JULY-****.@ **** PAID ONLINE.THEY HAVE ASSURED ME THAT THE MOBILE WILL BE DELIVERED ON **.**.**. BUT IN EVENING OF **.**.** , I GOT THE CALL FROM FLIPCART DELIVERY PERSON THAT MY PARCEL WAS OUT OF HIS COVRAGE AREA AND HE WILL DELIVER THE SAME ON NEXT DAY UP TO * PM POSITIVELY. SINCE THEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET. I HAVE RAISED COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE, BUT THERE IS NO POSITIVE RESPONCE FROM THEM. AS THE PARCEL HAS ALREADY AT THEIR NAGPUR HUB, THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY DELAY. BUT TILL TODAY I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT.
