Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased *ltr ghee in shopclues app on **/**/** .order no:******** Product sent by seller but on the way of transportation only product got damaged and blue dart courier (tracking id ***********) sent back RTO to seller. Even after **days and writing so many Compliants to customer care till now I didn't get my refund. Pls help me in this matter. Thank you.
