I've ordered a boat storm smartwatch from Flipkart on **th Jan. It was shipped on the same day and assured delivery by **nd Jan. Suddenly there were issues and dates were incessantly increased. It was firstly **nd then **rd plus they were supposed to provide me a resolution when I contact them dates of resolution were also being extended continuously and till now I haven't got the delivery dates, they're just saying we're working with it that's it. It's been half a month and I'm mentally exhausted now. I've tried calling executive **+ times but didn't get the solution because they also don't know that. I'm now mentally tired to call them or beg any kind of help.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
