This has happened *-* times that delhivery from shiprocket doesn't attempt delivery in real and uploads fake updates and after * fake attempts they return the package to the seller and charges us for RTO. whereas the buyer says no one ever contacts them. When we call the helpline number they say they will try their best but never does anything for help.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
