We ordered customised Buddha Statue made out of Vietnam marble through India Mart with sculptor "Rajasthan Vidhya Moorti Bhandar". The package has been shipped on Dec *, **** through Delhivery, attaching the delivery receipt from seller.
The seller shared final statue image and receipt image. From Rajasthan package has to delivered to Coimbatore through Delhivery Service.
The package reached Hoskote, Karnataka on Dec *,****. After that there is no update from Delhivery and we couldn't track the package as well. Raised issue with Delhivery twice but no prominent response. Daily the package delivery date is getting updated to the present day, other than that nothing happening.
Can you please help us in getting the package delivered to our location or the paid money if there is any damage to the statue.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
