ASHU AGARWAL filed complaint against Snapdeal on Dec 15, 2018
I purchase an sonata women watch whose order no. is *********** through SNAPDEAL app on *th December **** whose expected delivery time was **th December ****.On **th December****,i go to the snapdeal app to track the order and i was shocked to see that snapdeal wrongly shown the status of my order which has been delivered already on **th December ****.From then,i continously call snapdeal customer care-help line and the courier service co. i.e,blue dart.But unfortunately none of them recieve my call and the blue dart courier delivery man blocked my no. Intentionally by which i suffered mentally alot because the order I placed is a gift for someone and by the carelessness and fraudulently intention of the company ruin my plan and lil bit relations too.
So,please take an strict action on my complaint by giving me compensation for the loss I suffer.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
