I had recently ordered amazon echo from amazon india on **'th november and I paid **,*** via net banking. We were supposed to receive order on *'nd of December but we haven't got product till now but the website is showing it is delivered on *nd. Amazon is refusing to give refund or product.
Ideally, I should get a call before delivery so that I can give One Time Password for confirming, but no one has ever called me for One Time Password. Maybe this can be used as evidence.
Kindly, look into this issue, It would be very great help to me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
