Flipkart - Package not delivered

I have ordered laptop form Flipkart on *th oct which was to be delivered by *th Oct. On *th package not received and they changed the delivery date to *th of oct ****. But even when *th Oct passed there is no update of my order. Neither same is received not they have updated any status. I am a freelance and working online and due to alte late delivery I have lost my orders and clients as well resulting in pure loss to me. Being a Flipkart plus member and a prepaid order I am facing such issue. Kindly help in resolution
