IGP - package not delivered

It has been over ** days since the estimated date of delivery. Despite mailing them frequently no action has been taken .So, I have asked for a refund but there has been no response from their end as usual.
I had to suffer emotionally as the surprise for my friend's birthday ended in a mess and even after * weeks her special day she couldn't receive the gift she had been desperately waiting for .
I am also severely anxious for the past few days as an amount as huge as Rs. *** is stuck , and it seems like IGP is not willing to address it. It is mentally disturbing as it seems that my money , effort and time has all been wasted by IGP.
