FedEx India - Package not delivered

I had ordered an item on **th August **** and Fedex received an order on the same day at **:** PM from the sender. An expected delivery promised by Fedex was **th August ****.
I have tracked a status and it shows "In Transit". Fedex website shows the current days date as a delivery date when I track an order. This is happening since **th August and so on. I tried speaking to the Customer Care India and surprisingly they can only access the tracking system which I can assess at home. I registered a complaint (Complaint # ******** or *****) and one of the manager's were about to call me, however, unfortunately that day has never came. I have also complained via Social Media (FB) and no response from Fedex India Team. Fedex USA team had replied within a minute, however, they were unable to help due to non USA delivery item. I finally had to write to the CEO of the Fedex via FB and he just asks "hi" and "how are you" in last * days. Looks fake account.
No-one from FedEx is taking care of the delivery, nor anyone has a clue where the product is and no one seems to be interested informing the customer too.
I hope this issue get's resolved soon and I get my product delivered.
