The issue that I have experienced was: I have orderd this product from flipkart on **th july and my promised delivery was **th july and morning i got message from fliplart that my product is out for delivery and i waited whole day but they did not deliver and evening they send me message that we will deliver it tomorw means ** july but even on ** july they did not deliver and i got msg that we will reolved this issue by *rd august after i called cusotmer care and they did not reolved and they said they will replved it by *th august then evening i got mail that by *th august my product will be delivered but it did jot happend and i called them *** times in between and they without any resolution they disconnect the callss and when i called today i was told that my product will be delivered today means *th august by *pm and now when i checked that flipkart has cancelled my order without informing me and i want to ask why they kept my money for more than ** days. Now the price has been increased almost double and i got this on sale. If they cant deliver then why they booking orders and making money by keeping peoples money for ** days and making billions plz take acttion on this
