I have placed an order for *gms Gold coin of * quantity on **rd April with order ID : FL********** and as till may **th they have not provided tracking link I keep on following them and shocked to see that item says delivered on April **th itself in the tracking ID they shared me and then I raised complaint on May **th in which I received that order got delivered. Till now there is no response I have already paid my Credit card bill and now gold prices are at peaks. I am mentally tortured by them since there is no update on the resolution I want to drag them legally and compensate for my loss Mentally & Physically . They even not replying to my emails from past * days. I need the product delivered along with compensation as I lost much of time and mentally disturbed due to Ajio.
