Kalakaar india - Package not delivered

I have ordered a phone case in the month of starting of May, but it doesn't delivered on the specified time. I have waited one week and later I received a call from shiprocket team regarding delivery, unfortunately I have missed the call. Later I received IVRS call that shipment is going to seller. I have approached Kalakar team, but received a rash response from the customer care executive, so I have cancelled the order. But as I have ordered the product for others, I have re-ordered the same case without any payment, with same details. When I am tracking I noticed that the district of the shipment has changed and I called multiple times to Ecom Express team to update the same, but they are telling that the AWB number shared in the mail is incorrect. When I informed the same with Kalakaar team, they are telling sometimes delivery team might take another pincode and need to get product back to proceed for refund.
