I had placed an order on **th May ****. The delivery boy came to pick up the courier in the next * days.
The parcel contained clothes worth Rs ****. As per the mail, it should have been delivered by **th May ****. But due to covid restrictions, there is delay and parcel is stuck at Manmad.
I have been tracking my order for the last ** days. It is showing the same status whereas the estimated delivery has already crossed out.
If possible I would like to have my courier back.
I have been sending emails every day for the last *-** days and I am getting the same response from the support team that they cannot estimate the delivery date. I request you to send me the exact location of the courier. If not possible to deliver let me know. It's already delayed. The receiver is waiting for the parcel.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
