I had place and order on amazon.in . First on **th Oct'** I got a call which got disconnected only after half a ring. When I tried to call back , the call was rejected from the other end. After this I got a sms saying order could not be delivered because they could not reach me over call. This is a false assumption as they disconnected the call before I picking it up (they disconnected only after half a ring which might mean that they just called for logging the information that they called ). Now on **th Oct'** I receive an SMS saying order delivered but I never received the order.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
