Sowmya v filed complaint against Delhivery courier on Oct 28, 2018
Sir/madam we ordered one ** inch TV in paytm on ** Oct ****. They shipped that TV in delhivery courier on **th of Oct only. By **th October it reached Chennai. We are tracking for shipment daily. After **th Oct no response from courier end. They gave expected delivery as ** Oct. Then expected delivery keep on prolonging. We are daily calling to the customer care. They are saying today it will deliver like that. But now date crosses **th Oct. Still now we are not getting delivery. Today we called to customer care and asked about that product. They changed that status for out for delivery and they gave delivery person no also sir. From morning we are calling to that delivery person sir. He is not at all attending call sir. We texted for him also
He is seeing the message but not responding sir. After that evening status showing delivery attempted we are not available like that sir. Again two days it increased for delivery sir. Please help us sir. U are the only hope for us now. Please help us from this fake courier service sir.
