I ordered a phone named OnePlus * for rs ***** order id ***-*******-******* on **th oct **** for a discount of great indian festival of Amazon India but i didn't get my order. I got a out for delivery message from them and a Amazon agent mobile number when i contacted him his mobile is switched off. And he didn't contacted me either and my order got rejected without knowing me and returned. I talked to their customer care executives but they said they will replace it but they didn't. But they refunded my amount but i want my product there no value for my money and time. Now the product is out of stock and it is now ***** please help me
