I sent courier From India to Malta some book and cloth cost INR ***** and weight **KG. But they charges for ** KG cause of volume matric. Before paying money they confirm after paying this money parcel will couriered without extra charges in Malta at delivery address. Delivery date was *th Jan ****. On *th Jan **** in Malta we received email for custom clearance pay EUR ***. But before sending courier we clearly ask from Fedex india customer care about extra charges but that time they told there is no charges. But they asking EUR *** extra.
